2.1 Download the Form from FTIP or the website of the Ministry of Fisheries

2.2 Fill out the Application carefully and attach all the required details

Required Documents

  1. Export and import application (Application form (Schedule 6G)
  2. CITES certificate/permit;
  3. List of Species, Shipment date, Company details;
  4. Product details (species, farmed or wild-caught for aquaculture species, final product, and storage form);
  5. Consignment size;
  6. Frequency of export;
  7. Details of harvest areas and suppliers.
  8. Market designation/destination
